We strive to provide fresh, high-quality food products both in-store and online. Due to the nature of food items, our return and refund policy is designed to ensure fairness while maintaining product safety and hygiene standards.

1. Perishable Items (Fresh Foods, Dairy, Meat, Prepared Foods, etc.)
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on perishable items once they have been delivered or picked up.
However, if you receive a product that is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. We may request clear photos as proof. After verification, we will offer a replacement or refund at our discretion.

2. Non-Perishable Items (Packaged Goods)
Non-perishable items may be eligible for return or exchange within 7 days of purchase, provided that:

  • The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging
  • A valid receipt or proof of purchase is provided

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method.

3. Order Issues (Wrong or Missing Items)
If your order is incorrect or incomplete, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. We will review the issue and arrange a suitable resolution.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

5. Delivery Responsibility
Customers are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled delivery time. We are not responsible for product condition if delivery is delayed due to customer unavailability.

6. Right to Refuse
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds if the request does not meet the conditions outlined above or if misuse of the policy is suspected.
